Malnad home kitchen
Food cooked the way the family eats it
No buffet, no à la carte theatre — four honest meals a day, made from estate and village produce.

The kitchen
Everything from within a few kilometres
Rice from the valley below, vegetables from the kitchen garden, spices ground the same morning and coffee from the trees you walked past at dawn. Meals are cooked to order and served at fixed hours so nothing sits waiting.
Vegetarian, vegan and Jain plates are prepared on request — just tell us a day ahead. Non-vegetarian dishes are made fresh for the evening.
Breakfast
8:00 – 10:00

Evening tea
4:30 – 5:30
Hot bajji, banana chips or masala peanuts with filter coffee, served on the verandah or by the lawn.
