Check-in time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

If the guest does not specify the duration of stay at check-in, the hotel will presume it is for one night.

Guests will be charged per night.

Guests must show up before 2 p.m., else the booking will be cancelled if there is no contact from the guest.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Minimum check-in age is 18.

Bills must be settled by cash or valid credit card. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Guests wishing to check out later than 10:00 a.m. are kindly requested to ask reception for permission before 10:00 a.m. (subject to room availability, otherwise one additional night will be charged).

Cancellation of an individual reservation may be made only in writing, by email or fax. Up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fee. Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation. 6 days or less before arrival, no-show and cut-short stays: 100% of the total reservation.

Chewing and spitting gutka/tobacco and smoking are strictly not allowed on the premises; violators are subject to a fine of INR 2,000.

Hookah, gambling, contraband, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, drugs and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Removing items from guest rooms or the property, or moving them to other places in the hotel, is prohibited. Violators are subject to a fine.

When not in use, do not touch the fire extinguisher.

Inviting strangers into guest rooms, or to use the facilities and amenities, is prohibited. For security reasons, a joiner must register at reception before entering the room.

Ordering and delivery of food from outside the hotel is prohibited.

Food and beverage orders are non-refundable.

Pets are allowed.
